Key Activities and Achievements

Anti-Corruption, Fair Trade and Compliance Training for Suppliers

SOLUM provides anti-corruption, fair trade and compliance training for its suppliers twice a year to foster a culture of ethical business practices and legal compliance.

Through this training, parties to fair trade agreements and suppliers learn about cases of unfair trade practices and develop strategies to mitigate risks arising from non-compliance.

SOLUM will continue working to ensure that a culture of fair trade compliance is firmly embedded not only among its employees, but also throughout all business partners associated with the company.

Recognition for Highest Excellence in the KFTC Fair Trade Agreement Performance Evaluation

SOLUM continuously strives to identify and implement initiatives that foster mutual growth and shared success with its business partners.

In recognition of these efforts, SOLUM has received the highest rating for two consecutive years in the Fair Trade Agreement Performance Evaluation conducted by the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC).

This reporting system enables SOLUM employees, employees of partner companies, customers, and other stakeholders to report misconduct, inappropriate practices, or violations by employees, as well as submit suggestions for improvement, helping to foster an ethical corporate culture.

Whistleblowers may submit reports anonymously based on factual information. The identity of the whistleblower and the details of the report will be kept strictly confidential to ensure that reports can be made with confidence and peace of mind.

Violations of the Code of Ethics or internal guidelines.

Illegal business practices, internal misconduct, accounting fraud, acts that obstruct, conceal, or assist such violations, and any other unlawful or unethical conduct.
