SOLUM successfully concluded its participation in NRF Retail's Big Show Europe 2026, Europe's largest retail exhibition, showcasing its competitiveness in next-generation digital retail technologies. Through the exhibition, SOLUM attracted the attention of global retail industry professionals by presenting its vision for the future of store operations centered on its new ESL (Electronic Shelf Label) lineup, E-Paper-based signage, and Retail Media Network (RMN) solutions.

SOLUM participated in NRF Retail's Big Show Europe 2026, held from September 15 to 17 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles in Paris, France, where it exhibited a wide range of digital retail solutions. NRF Europe is one of Europe's leading retail events, bringing together more than 300 companies, including major retailers and technology providers from around the world.

At the exhibition, SOLUM unveiled its E-Paper-based signage solutions designed to utilize various in-store consumer touchpoints as new media inventory assets. The solution attracted significant interest as it not only replaces traditional paper signage but also creates new media inventory opportunities. Through this innovation, SOLUM presented a vision in which offline stores evolve beyond simple sales spaces into retail media platforms enabling new revenue opportunities through advertising and data.

SOLUM also showcased its latest ESL products, including Newton Core Plus and Power Rail, demonstrating technologies that enable real-time price management and improved store operational efficiency. In addition, the company presented contextual customer guidance services and digital Point of Purchase (POP) solutions. Furthermore, SOLUM introduced its Retail Media Network solution, which leverages artificial intelligence and in-store data to analyze advertising effectiveness and enhance customer touchpoints, introducing a new approach to revenue generation for digital retail environments. The company also expanded the scope of its exhibition offerings by presenting the KISIDE retail platform, which applies skin diagnostic solutions to the K-beauty sector.

SOLUM explained that the exhibition confirmed how key topics within the European retail industry are expanding beyond the use of AI itself to include practical improvements in store operations and data-driven revenue generation. The company noted in particular that the development of Intelligent Stores, which combine AI technologies with offline retail infrastructure, is emerging as a key trend in the global retail industry.

A SOLUM representative stated, “NRF Europe provided an opportunity to directly observe changes in the global retail industry, including AI-powered store operations, data-driven retail management, and the expansion of the retail media market. As an integrated retail platform company that goes beyond ESLs to encompass digital signage and retail media solutions, SOLUM will continue to deliver new value to customers worldwide.”

Meanwhile, SOLUM continues to expand its ESL business across Europe and North America while fostering retail media and AI-powered store operation solutions as its next growth drivers. Building on the technologies and solutions showcased at NRF Europe, the company plans to further strengthen collaboration with the global retail industry.
